Martin Luther King
The civil right leader who lost his life due to an assassination on April 3, 1968, by James Earl Ray a Serial Killer, while standing on the balcony of his motel room in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was to lead a protest march in sympathy with striking garbage workers of that city.
The above photo was the last photo taken before he was killed.
He was the youngest man to be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize award.
Titanic
We’ve all read or heard about the tale of Titanic, haven’t we?
Yet many have not seen the photo of the real ship except the tails in the movie.
The Unsinkable ship was a catastrophe in every sense of the word, the above photo was taken at the last proud moment before it sank.
Reynaldo Dagsa
Reynaldo Dagsa death is horrible.
Filipino politician Reynaldo Dagsa was killed by the criminal in the photo; funny enough the criminal didn’t notice the camera.
The criminal alongside with his gang members was tracked down by the police authorities.
They finally went to jail. Reynaldo Dagsa lost his life but his family was safe.
Animals are lovely. Yes!.
There is no doubt we all do Love Animals but we need to understand and know that animals are to be treated with caution and respect. Failing to do so, might lead to death or serious injuries.
While visiting a zoo in New Delhi, India, one man wanted to see the rare white tiger close up and was climbing on the enclosure to get a better view.
He was repeatedly warned to get down as both the fall and the animal could be potentially disastrous. Undeterred, the man held his position until losing balance and falling into the tiger cage.
Instantly the white tiger prowled up to the man Unfortunately, it eventually decided to pounce and dragged the man, by the neck, back to its den before killing him.
Princess Diana
on July 29, 1981, She married the heir to the British throne, Prince Charles, and ever since the princess has become a member of the British royal family as the first wife of Charles.
She was born on 1 July 1961 in Sandringham, United Kingdom and died on 31 August 1997 in Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France.
Her death was horrible; she lost her life in a car crash on 31 August 1997 in Paris.

Patrick Swayze
Patrick Swayze was an American Actor and songwriter he was born on 18 August 1952.
The singer died of Pancreatic cancer died on September 14, 2009, in Los Angeles, California.
The photo was taken by a photographer; seconds before the actor died.
Flight 4590
An international flight from Paris “flight 4590”. The Flight 4590 Crashed on 25th July 2000; The aircraft scattered pieces on the runway, blowing a Tyre and puncturing a fuel tank.
the source claims that about 109 individuals lost their lives that day.
TransAsia Airways
Everyone still wonders how TransAsia Airways crashed or how it got into the Keelung River; it is still a mystery until today.
Rumours had it that only 16 people survived.

David Gonzalez Lopez
23-year-old David Gonzalez Lopez. While having a time of his life in Villaseca de la Sagra in Spain, where he was participating in a festival; Lopez tried to grab a selfie while standing in front of a raging bull. Unsurprisingly but unfortunately, the bull crushed him to death.
Sylwia Rajchel
Polish medical student Sylwia Rajchel comes in at number 16 on our list. On her vacation to the southern Spanish city Seville, Rajchel met her untimely tragic death. In her attempt to take a selfie from the “Puente de Triana” bridge, the Polish woman lost her balance, resulting in her crashing down 15 feet onto the hard-concrete footing of the said bridge. What followed was a cardiac arrest. Although she was rushed to the hospital, it was insufficient to keep her alive.
The Polish Couple
Polish couple, who fell prey to an untimely death in 2014. The incident took place in Cabo da Roca in western Portugal. While taking a picture of themselves from the rocky edge of the said location, both of them intentionally or unintentionally crossed the safety barrier in order to reach the edge of the cliff. As a result, they were in line for some serious repercussions. After losing their balance in the prohibited area, both of them fell from hundreds of feet to their death. They are survived by two young children, aged 5 an 6, who as per reports, watched them pass away.
Cheynee Holloway
At number 14 on our list of 20 heart-breaking deaths while taking selfies comes South African woman Cheynee Holloway. After finding love online in the form of a 23-year-old British man, James Nichols, Holloway met her demise that is extremely painful to imagine. When Nichols travelled 8,000 miles to South Africa to meet her, they went on a date at the Northcliff Hill, which is the second highest point in Johannesburg. While taking pictures in the sunset, Holloway’s lost her balance when the stone she was standing on gave away leading her to drop around 50 feet to a pathway. Nichols watched in pain as Holloway met her demise.
Courtney Sanford
Number 13 on our list comes a woman named Courtney Sanford, who has one of the uncanniest stories related to her death. On April 26, 2014, at 08:33AM, Sanford put up a selfie of hers on her Facebook account along with the caption, “The Happy Song makes me so HAPPY”. But what she didn’t know that after only a minute, her life would be turned upside down. At 08:34AM, her car came face-to-face with a truck and then ensued a terrible crash which put the car on fire. Unfortunately, Sanford didn’t make out of the car alive.
Ramon Gonzalez
Puerto Rican rapper Ramon Gonzalez, aka Jadiel El Tsunami, comes next at number 12 on our list of 20 heart-breaking photos taken just before death. Gonzalez was riding a bike when he decided to take a selfie, which went on to bring some serious damage. As he lost control of the bike, he crashed onto an oncoming vehicle. Despite efforts to bring him to the hospital, Gonzalez perished leaving thousands of his fans in agony.
The Japanese Tourist
Coming in at number 11 on our list is a Japanese tourist who met his tragic demise in the year 2015 at Taj, Mahal in Agra, India. What actually happened here is that the man was trying to take pictures while posing on the steps of this grand monument. It was in a spur of moment that he lost his balance and began toppling down the steps. The injuries that he suffered on his head lead to his death.
Xenia Ignatyeva
Number 7 on our list of 20 heart-breaking photos taken just before death comes Xenia Ignatyeva, a Russian teenager. A daredevil by nature, Ignatyeva perished while clicking a picture at the edge of a high-end building. Reports claim that when she was clicking her picture, the selfie stick was mishandled by her which disrupted her balance. This was followed with her falling down from more than 200 feet. And while she was falling, she came in contact with the live wires, which electrocuted her and killed her. This means, she died even before she hit the ground.
Marie Rocello
a 14-year-old Filipino student, named Marie Rocello. While trying to take a selfie at the edge of the staircase between the second and third floor of her school, the Rizal High School in Pasig city, Rocello slipped and fell, that resulted in a sharp blow to her head. One of her ribs also broke, which then pierced into her kidney, killing her.
Oscar Otero Aguilar
21-year-old Mexican man by the name of Oscar Otero Aguilar. While attempting to take a selfie with a loaded gun, Aguilar met his demise. Reports claim that he was also drinking with two of his friends before the incident.
The Hiker
Next up at number 18 on our list is a hiker, who perished while hiking and taking pictures at the Lion Rock Mountain in Hong Kong. Reportedly, the 30-year-old man, who was hiking alone, was trying to take a selfie with the mountain’s head of the lion. However, when he ventured a bit further out to the area without railing, he met his demise. He suddenly disappeared and an eye-witness heard a scream. When the eye-witness went after him, he saw that the hiker was clinging on to a clump of grass before falling down. Paramedics from the Government Flying Service declared him dead at spot.
The Russian Woman
A 21-year-old Russian woman comes next on the list at number 17. The woman, who was a graduate of the Russian State University of Tourism and Services Studies, went to a bridge in front of the Moscow International Business Centre in 2015 to take some pictures. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn as fruitful for her since she slipped and fell down the bridge to meet her death.
The Russian Men
At number 16 on our list of 20 heart-breaking photos taken just before death are two Russian men. These men accidently killed each other when they blew themselves up while taking a selfie with a hand grenade, whose pin was pulled out. Both of them died, but in an irony of fate, the mobile phone remained intact from the blast.
Deleon Smith
19-year-old father Deleon Smith is next up at number 15 on this list. While taking a picture of himself, the teenager accidently shot himself in the neck with a gun, which he was posing with. He is survived by two daughters, aged three and one. As per reports, his classes at Houston Community College were supposed to start the next day.
